Better Health Program

Is your child aged 6-12yrs and in need of support to improve eating and activity habits? The Better Health Program is a free, 10 week healthy lifestyle program for children who are above a healthy weight and their families running in partnership with WA Department of Health. Families learn about healthy eating, physical activity and building healthy habits over a fun and interactive 10 weeks. Delivered by a qualified health professional, families receive a bunch of free resources along the way. (1hr a week time commitment).
