The Communities Team commenced the rollout of the new Youth Strategy, introducing our new Youth Development Officer, Tamara, to our key stakeholders from Rio Tinto and TPYSA to discuss a collaborative delivery approach in the coming weeks. The 2023-2025 Youth Strategy was developed for young people to feel a sense of belonging to the place that they live, are empowered to engage in opportunities and are supported by our connected and caring community. A fantastic achievement by the team and a strategy which will influence the lives of young people for years to come.
