Subdivision Applications

The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is the responsible authority for assessing all subdivision applications within Western Australia.

If the application is approved by WAPC, the applicant then needs to apply to the Shire for the clearance of all conditions (e.g. drainage, cross-overs).  Applicants should use the following application form and submit to the Shire:
