Planning and Building Information Request
A Planning and Building Information Request is required when you need to obtain plans and/or documents from our Building and Building Department.
Documents and plans may include Building Permits and Approvals, Building Plans from previously approved structures on a property and Planning Approvals. Copies of building related plans generally include architectural and engineering drawings and associated documents where available and indicated on your information request application.
Submitting Your Application
To request plans and/or relevant documents, you will need to complete the Planning and Building Information Request Form. Please note that the property owners details must be completed prior to submission.
Your fully completed Planning and Building Information Request can be emailed to [email protected], with the subject ‘Planning and Building Information Request Form - Your Address’.
Important Information - Please note that the application fee listed on the application form applies to all search requests and is non-refundable in the event that plans cannot be located after council officers complete an extensive search of record facilities
