Exciting news for Paraburdoo residents and community members!
The Shire of Ashburton has selected a contractor to design and build the new Paraburdoo Bike Park and Dog Park upgrades. This project will feature a state-of-the-art pump track that can be enjoyed by cyclists, skateboarders, and scooter riders alike. Additionally, there will be a learn to ride track specifically designed for young members of the community. The park will be enclosed to ensure a safe and educational environment for everyone to learn and have fun together and an extended space for our four-legged friends to enjoy.
Starting in August 2024, Byblos Construction will begin construction on Lot 37 at the corner of Fortescue and Ashburton Avenue. While the work is being carried out, residents may experience some noise, dust, and temporary limitations accessing nearby pathways. However, rest assured that the Shire of Ashburton will have staff on hand to monitor the situation and minimise any disruptions to the community.
