RFT 24.24 - Shire of Ashburton Staff Housing Refurbishment
The Shire of Ashburton seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the construction Works to refurbish four (4) existing staff residences, three (3) located in Tom Price, and one (1) in Paraburdoo, Western Australia.
The Shire reserves the right to award the Separable Portions in full (under a single Contract), under multiple (2 or more) or separate Contracts to different Contractors.
Tender Close: 2pm (WST) Wednesday 18th September 2024. Extended to 25th September 2024, as per Addendum 001.
