Located on beaches throughout Onslow, the Beach Emergency Number Signage is a coding system aimed at improving emergency response times.
These signs provide specific location information which is vital when emergency services are deployed in the event of a shark sighting, shark attack or other beach emergency.
Signs are located in the following locations:
- Beadon Creek – Onslow Marina
- Beadon Creek – Onslow Groyne
- Sunrise Beach – Boat Ramp
- Sunrise Beach – ANZAC Memorial
- Sunset Beach – Salt Jetty
- 4 Mile Creek – 4 Mile Boat Ramp
- Robe River Bridge – 24 Hour Stop
- Yannarie River Bridge – 24 Hour Stop
