2025 marks a momentous milestone – a century since Onslow relocated from the original townsite, now known as Old Onslow. The Shire of Ashburton is excited to commemorate this historic occasion with a year-long celebration of events and activities honouring the unique history and vibrant community of Onslow.
The festivities will kicked off on 26 January 2025 with the much-anticipated return of the Australia Day Regatta on the Onslow Foreshore.
Following this, on 26 April 2025, a full-day festival will light up the Onslow foreshore, offering a lively and engaging experience for all. This special event will celebrate 100 years of history, community, and progress, featuring an array of activities and entertainment for all ages.
From live music and food stalls to historical displays and interactive exhibits, there will be plenty to see and do. It promises to be a day of fun, reflection, and community spirit – an event not to be missed.
