In accordance with the clause 12(3) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, notice is hereby given of a Special Meeting of Council to be held as follows:

• Staff Accommodation Strategy 2020 – 2030
• Land Asset Assessment
• Staff Establishment 2021
• Proposed change of Reserve purpose with power to lease – Reserve 38467 (Lot 41 on Deposited Plan 184619)
• Tom Price Skate Park Upgrade - Phase Two (2) Final Concept Design
• Award of Request for Quote – Community Lifestyle and Infrastructure Plan
