Disposal under section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA)

Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Ashburton proposes to dispose of a portion of property as follows:

• Lessee: B Davey T/A Boss Family Fitness
• Property: 373m2 (approximate) portion of Lot 347 Jacaranda Drive, Tom Price
• Term: Five (5) years commencing on the execution of the Lease, plus Two (2) years at the Lessors discretion
• Rental: $1,000 + GST per annum for first two (2) years, then $2,000 + GST for remaining three (3) years of Term One and Further Term (Term Two), if applicable
• Market Valuation: $1,900 + GST per annum
