Proposal to Dispose of Property – License: Portion Of Part Lot 67 Rocklea Rd, Paraburdoo

Disposal under section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA)

• Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Ashburton proposes to dispose of a portion of the following property as follows:
• Licensee: The Bedford, Paraburdoo (Licensee)
• Property: Portion of Part Lot 67 Rocklea Rd, Paraburdoo: License of approximately
  98m2.
• Term: Two (2) years commencing on the execution of the License.
• Rental: $2,450 (plus GST) per annum.
• Market Valuation: $2,000 (plus GST) per annum.
