Ratepayers across the Shire are advised that payment information has now been delivered by email.
The email also contains links to our ratepayer information brochure and the Emergency Services Levy brochure issued by the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES).
If you are a ratepayer and believe you should have received your notice via email but have not, please check your junk folder then contact [email protected] us as soon as possible.
Those who have not provided an email address for notices, should receive a paper notice and brochures in the mail within the next week or so. If you have not received your notice within two weeks, or wish to have your notice issued via email, please contact the Shire via (08) 9188 4444, or [email protected].
Residents may choose from several payment options:
- Payment in full by a single instalment due 8 September 2023.
- Pay in two (2) instalments:
- Full payment and 1st instalment due date of 8 September 2023; and
- 2nd instalment due date of 8 January 2024; or
- Pay in four (4) instalments:
- Full payment and 1st instalment due date of 8 September 2023;
- 2nd instalment due date of 9 November 2023;
- 3rd instalment due date of 8 January 2024 and
- 4th instalment due date of 7 March 2024.
Please note that administration fees and interest of 5.5% apply for all instalment options other than payment in full by 8 September 2023.
The Shire of Ashburton understands that financial hardship often makes it difficult to meet all financial commitments when they are due.
