Notice of amendments to Schedule of Fees and Charges for the 2022/23 Financial Year

Notice is hereby given that Council at its Ordinary Council Meeting on Tuesday 13 September 2022 resolved to adopt an amendment to the 2022/23 Schedule of Fees and Charges for waste disposal fees and charges.

Pursuant to s6.16 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Ashburton intends to introduce an amended Schedule of Fees and Charges with an effective commencement date of Monday 3 October, 2022.

The amended Schedule of Fees and Charges is available at all Shire Offices and can also be downloaded from the website at www.ashburton.wa.gov.au.
