RFT 24.24 – Shire of Ashburton Staff Housing Refurbishment

The Shire of Ashburton seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the construction Works to refurbish four (4) existing staff residences, three (3) located in Tom Price, and one (1) in Paraburdoo, Western Australia.

The Shire reserves the right to award the Separable Portions in full (under a single Contract), under multiple (2 or more) or separate Contracts to different Contractors.

Tender Close: 2pm (WST) Wednesday, 18 September 2024.

The Tender document can be obtained by registering with the Shire’s e-tendering portal: www.tenderlink.com/ashburton. Further information in regard to this request can be obtained from: Adolf Chihava, Procurement Officer via the e-tendering portal.

Tenders may only be lodged electronically via www.tenderlink.com/ashburton, prior to its closing. Hard copy, facsimile or emailed tenders will not be accepted. Canvassing of Councillors or Staff will disqualify Tenderers.
